One of our experienced designers will meet with you to discuss your requirements in detail. Based on these requirements we will develop a detailed design for you for an agreed fixed price.
Naturally design prices vary with complexity and size but typically vary from £175 for a small terrace garden (20m x 6m) to £1500 for a complex multi level garden terrace grounds extending to 1.5 acres.

Modern detached estate house
This garden was designed for an attractive modern detached estate house with a sloping garden measuring 8m x 10m. The remit was to create a level area of lawn for the customer’s children to play on and a sun terrace away from the house for entertaining. The borders were then to be completed with an eye catching planting scheme.

Semi – detached Victorian house
This garden was designed for a charming semi-detached Victorian house with a long narrow garden measuring 40m x 10m. The original garden was completely laid to a rough lawn with a feature point gazebo as the sole point of interest. The customer having recently built a garden office in which to work full time from home, wanted to add more visual interest as well as a practical route to and from the main house.
This was achieved by the design of an ornamental pond and pergola to complement the existing gazebo. A tree and shrub bed was stretched across the garden to break up the “narrow” feel. The remainder was levelled and re-turfed.

Country cottage and estate grounds
This garden was designed to complement a beautiful country cottage with grounds of approximately 1.5 acres. The prime design requirements were to include separate breakfast and entertaining terraces, an ornamental pond and a bespoke Jacuzzi.
The herb garden was also a key culinary requirement. The lake and stream were designed to appear authentic with the stream originating from an artificial spring hidden within an existing copse. The lake is augmented with the planting of native tree species. The driveway was re-routed to service a neighbour’s property.

Country house and large estate grounds
This garden was designed for a delightful country house with grounds of approximately 3 acres set on a challenging steep slope! A series of staggered height terraces were designed (brick and stone) to take advantage of the position’s wonderful outlook.
The design included a fully fitted “outdoor kitchen”, pond with large waterfall, a sleeper supported vegetable garden and naturalised sleeper stepped walkways though a sown wild flower meadow and several copses of native and ornamental trees. The whole area is supported with discrete lighting and a hidden rain water irrigation system.
